At Scoop of Candle, we take pride in handcrafting each product with care. Since our items are handmade, slight variations are natural and not considered defects.

Returns & Replacements

 Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective on arrival.

 You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with opening uncut video proof.

 Approved cases will be eligible for replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

 Customized or personalized orders.

 Used candles or home décor items.

 Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Refunds

 Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

 We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
