At Scoop of Candle, we take pride in handcrafting each product with care. Since our items are handmade, slight variations are natural and not considered defects.
Returns & Replacements
• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective on arrival.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with opening uncut video proof.
• Approved cases will be eligible for replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
• Customized or personalized orders.
• Used candles or home décor items.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Refunds
• Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
